'We've absolutely loved living here and bringing up our 2 children, who have benefited from a 5 second commute to Sefton Park Primary School and a quiet cul de sac to ride their bikes in. Access to Happy Lane through the back garden means you are safely linked to St Andrews Park, the bowling green & tennis club too. We have extensively renovated the property room by room, whilst doing 2 big projects - extending the kitchen and re modelling the whole ground floor & building a full width dormer, hip to gable loft conversion. In everything we have done, we have used the best materials and products to insulate and finish the work to the highest standards. The whole downstairs floor has been taken up, insulated and re-finished, the first floor bathroom has a second skin of insulation and the kitchen benefits from a utility wall which again is insulated and has a 150mm cavity so the side exterior wall of the whole property is as heat efficient as it can be. The entire kitchen is hand finished in birch plywood and designed to neatly hide all of the white goods. The work tops are slabs of reclaimed solid oak and the bi-fold doors are made by Origin.
