A contemporary palette has been chosen, creating a home that is bright, warm and welcoming. A spacious entrance hall gives access to two stunning reception rooms. The sizeable front reception room boasts an impressive bay window and useful storage in the alcoves. The dining room has a tasteful décor and benefits from an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed, providing ample storage and counterspace. The conservatory is a versatile space and a real sun trap in the warmer months, a useful storage/utility room rounds off the ground floor accommodation.
Stairs lead off the ground floor to the first floor, ascending past a window that casts a good amount of natural light over the landing. There are three well-presented bedrooms on this level. The rear bedroom benefits from built in storage whilst the third bedroom is larger than you would expect. The accommodation on this level is completed with a family bathroom that boasts a pleasant and neutral décor.
The loft space has been fully boarded and there is plenty of room for a possible loft conversion.

'We've lived here since 2015 and it has been such a wonderful home for us, both as a couple and now with a young family.
The location is brilliant, we're a 1 minute walk away from Stoke Park, which is 108 hectares of parkland with lovely walks, woods and goats. We're only a 15 minute walk from Gloucester road and St Werburgh's, or a 10 minute cycle to the centre. It's a rare mix of city living with vast green space on the doorstep.
We have been really happy, with plenty of space, a friendly neighbourhood and so much to do on our doorstep.'
Outside
Of particular note is the impressive rear garden, that enjoys sun all throughout the day. Offering a mixture of greenery and hard scaping, this tranquil outdoor space is perfect for relaxation. From the patio you can sit back and enjoy a truly unique panoramic view of North Bristol and beyond. There is also a useful garage and a gate that provides rear access. A recently installed driveway at the front of the property provides off street parking for three vehicles.
Location
The property is positioned near the top of Lindsay Road, where both Stoke Park Estate and Purdown are on your doorstep, two large open green spaces perfect for Sunday strolls. Lindsay Road is just off Muller Road, providing easy access to the city centre and local amenities. Residents of the area benefit from being just a short walk from Gloucester Road and other popular venues such as Fed 303 and Pinkmans for coffee and cake. Local primary schools, Brunel Field and Ashley Down are both well regarded, as well as Fairfield High School and Trinity Academy as secondary schools, also in walking distance. The newly opened Ashley Down train station is a short walk away, taking you to Bristol Temple Meads in just three stops.
We think...
A wonderful family home in a highly sought after area.
