We’ll notify you when a rental review is due in line with statutory guidelines

Tenant Check-in

Welcoming new tenants, conducting a thorough walkthrough, and ensuring they understand the terms of their lease and the amenities available.

Notifying utilities companies

Providing occupant details and accurate meter readings to ensure a smooth transition of services.

Tenancy inspections

Conducting regular inspections of the property to ensure it is being maintained in good condition and addressing any issues that may arise.

Managing maintenance issues

Serving as the primary contact for tenants when they encounter maintenance problems, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Coordinating third party organisations

Liaising with organisations, such as the block management company addressing any communal or building-wide issues that may affect the property.

Resolving maintenance issues

Managing and resolving maintenance requests, from minor repairs to more significant issues, to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Tenant check-out

Overseeing the check-out process, including conducting a final inspection, documenting the property's condition, and ensuring the return of keys.

Managing dilapidation issues

Communicating with property owners about any damages or wear and tear that need to be addressed, and coordinating necessary repairs or maintenance.
