Established in 2004, Ocean Lettings & Management has grown to be one of Bristol's top lettings companies.
And we've never stopped working to improve the quality of our property management service for our landlords. In 2012 we opened our central Property Management Hub. From there, we can smoothly and efficiently run our team, with each landlord allocated an experienced ARLA-qualified portfolio manager, as their point of contact.
The Hub is a great way for us to share ideas and knowledge, for the benefit of our landlords and tenants - as well as our portfolio managers, who can support each other in what can sometimes be a challenging job!

Settling your tenants in
We make sure your tenants know all about their new home, what their responsibilities are and generally do everything we can to help them settle in, feel at home and look after the property.
We'll talk them through the inventory answering any questions they might have. We also provide them with a 'tenant handbook' we create specifically for the property – it's packed with helpful information, including; emergency contacts, how to report a maintenance issue, and useful tips for all sort of things.
24 hour support
We want you to have total confidence that you, your property and your tenants are in safe hands - whatever happens.
That's why we give your tenants access to Fixflo, an easy-to-use image-based repair reporting system that enables tenants to report issues online. Helping them deal with minor maintenance problems and avoid unnecessary call-out charges.
For problems that need more urgent attention, we also provide tenants with a 24-hour emergency number. It's all part of our commitment to help landlords get the maximum from their properties, with the minimum stress possible.
